Lithium battery by air/express/sea packing details

The battery power is less than 100wh:

A、Each battery must have voltage, capacity or power mark; each battery must be individually wrapped in plastic bags or packaging, if the battery with a thread, you must handle the thread;

B、The battery should be individually insulated packaging into the inner box or the plastic tray fixed, the battery can not shake;

C、Be equipped with a battery inside the box or plastic into a clean, tough outer box, not more than 10kg per case;

D、The outer side of the carton must be affixed to the next four stickers (lithium battery fire standard, cargo standard, 9 categories of hazardous standard, the consignee’s information), long * high reference size: 50 * 375px, 40 * 675px , 27 * 27 cm;

E、Put the cartons on a pallet, pallet’s  height can not exceed 155cm;

The battery power over 100wh:

A、Each battery must have voltage, capacity or power mark; each battery must be individually wrapped carton, if the battery with a thread, you must handle the thread;

B、Be equipped with a battery inside the box into a clean, tough formal UN box, not more than 35kg per carton;

C、The outer side of the carton must be affixed at the same time under the three labels (cargo aircraft standard, 9 categories of hazardous standard, the consignee’s information), the length of the box * high reference size: 50 * 375px, 40 * 675px, 27 * 675px;

D、Put the cartons on a pallet, pallet’s height can not exceed 155cm;

B、Put the boxes in a clean,tough carton;

C、No more than 10kg per carton;
